| The Election Committee shall conduct all section elections. The Section Election Committee shall be formed no later than August 8th each year, and shall last until election of officers is concluded on September 15th each year. The Section Election Committee shall distribute ballots containing the name of all qualified candidates to each Section member no later than 30 Calendar days prior to the close of balloting, normally August 15th each year. |

| Nominating Committee |

| The Nominating Committee shall handle all nominating procedures for section officers. The Nominating Committee shall be formed not later than July 1st each year, and shall last until nominations are closed on August 1st each year The Nominating Committee shall endeavor to provide at least two candidates for each office. The Nominating Committee shall secure the consent of and judge the qualifications of all candidates. Notification that nominations are being selected by the Nominating Committee shall be delivered to all Section members at least 20 Calendar days prior to the close of balloting. |
